Tris Buffered Saline(TBS), pH 7.6 is commonly used buffer solution in biology, widely used in Western, immunohistochemical, immunoprecipitation, immunoco-precipitation, ELISA and other experiments to prepare washing buffer or sealing solution. TBS is composed of Tris-HCl to form a stable PH buffer system, and NaCl provides isotonic conditions.
